As modern polytheists, our communities are often geographically scattered and frequently fractious.

In the interests of helping strengthen existing polytheist organizations and support the growth of healthy new ones, Hearthingstone is hosting an experimental leadership development group in the metro Austin area. This group is open to existing leaders, including lay and non-clergy community leaders, as well as persons considering becoming more involved in working to support polytheism and polytheist organizations. The hope is to add more tools and resources over time so as to offer a replicable blueprint to polytheists in other areas.

From time-to-time, the Hearthingstone blog will feature articles related to this endeavor. A Facebook group is available for discussions.
